For those of you who'd like to download the whole tutorial, I compressed all the parts into a .rar file. Edit: changed it to a zip-file and added the two "lost" parts into the pack.
All I ask is that you don't distribute it/send it on to others - just give them the link to this page if you want to share. And please comment if you have 5 seconds to spare..
